During the NFL’s day two picks, current and former players, along with a few celebrities, are often invited to announce selections.
This year, Chicago Bears legend Charles Tillman, affectionately known as Peanut, is set to make an appearance in Detroit. The league disclosed that Tillman will take the stage to reveal Chicago’s third-round pick, currently slated for the 75th overall selection.
Additionally, other Bears-affiliated icons scheduled to join Tillman on stage include Muhsin Muhammad, who will announce Carolina’s second and third-round picks, and Anthony “Spice” Adams, who will announce picks for San Francisco.
It will be intriguing to see if Adams, who hails from Detroit, will lean more toward his Michigan roots or his connections with the Bears and the ‘Niners. The only confirmed celebrity appearance for the event is 16-time World Heavyweight Champion Ric Flair, who will announce Tampa Bay’s third-round pick.
