Red Sox Connor Wong

Bello has had a challenging season with a 4.78 ERA and a 1.35 WHIP across his 11 starts, allowing at least three runs in each of his last five outings. Seven Yankees have recorded hits off him in his career, including Oswaldo Cabrera (2-for-11), Aaron Judge (2-for-7 with two walks), DJ LeMahieu (2-for-6 with an RBI), Giancarlo Stanton (1-for-8 with a walk), Gleyber Torres (6-for-14 with an RBI and a walk), Jose Trevino (2-for-8 with three RBIs), and Anthony Volpe (2-for-5).

On the other hand, Gil has been stellar for the Yankees, boasting a 2.04 ERA (fifth in MLB) and a 0.93 WHIP (fourth) in his 13 starts, along with 90 strikeouts (tied for 12th). Before his last outing, where he allowed three earned runs, he hadn’t given up more than a run in his previous seven starts. Among the Red Sox hitters, only Jarren Duran has a hit off Gil (1-for-2).
