The menu is designed to enhance the game-day experience, especially if Swift is in attendance at Sunday’s matchup.
The special menu for Taylor Swift-themed offerings at the Bills-Chiefs playoff game includes two items designed for Swifties: the Bad Blood Waffle Fries and the Karma Quesadilla. These dishes are named after two of Taylor Swift’s popular hit songs, adding a unique and creative touch to the game-day food options.
The culinary team at Highmark Stadium, in collaboration with Delaware North, has crafted a special menu for the Divisional playoff game, introducing new items for fans to enjoy while cheering on the Bills. The Bad Blood Waffle Fries and Karma Quesadilla, named after Taylor Swift’s hit songs, showcase the creativity and spirit of this exciting matchup against the Chiefs and their star-studded fans. The 2-foot display of waffle fries features Buffalo chicken and blue cheese on one side, representing Buffalo’s culinary specialty, and Kansas City Cattleman’s BBQ pork, cole slaw, and bread-and-butter pickles on the other. The Karma Quesadilla is filled with chicken tenders, bacon, cilantro ranch, and topped with a pork-belly chaser.
Taylor Swift has been a supportive presence at numerous Chiefs games throughout the season, often seen cheering for her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, at Arrowhead Stadium. While it remains uncertain if Swift will attend Sunday’s playoff game, she was spotted at an earlier season matchup against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
For those not interested in Swiftie-themed snacks, Highmark Stadium is introducing the Kansas City Bowl of Tears BBQ to the menu for Sunday’s game. This dish features mac and cheese, pulled pork, jalapeño, roasted corn, cornbread croutons, and pickled red onion.
In addition to the Taylor Swift-inspired offerings, fans can enjoy Bills-themed menu items like the Grape Davis drink, as well as regular-season favorites such as 2-foot nachos and a fried chicken and waffle sandwich. During last week’s AFC wild card matchup against the Steelers, the Bills also featured specialty menu items to welcome visiting fans, including waffle fries loaded with pastrami, cole slaw, and shredded cheese in honor of Pittsburgh.
