Matt Zollers pledged, and then the commitments started to pour in.
The four-star quarterback, ranked as the No. 33 player on 247Sports, was the first to commit to Missouri football’s Class of 2025 on April 4. Following Zollers, MU secured offensive tackle Jack Lange, the top-rated player in Missouri, along with five other recruits before the end of April.
When Lange committed on April 24, Zollers appeared on an On3 Sports livestream to continue recruiting.
“There’s not a specific person that’s on top, but a couple guys,” Zollers said. “Jayvan Boggs, Corey Simms, Donovan Olugbode, Andrew Olesh, Chase Loftin, Jamarion Morrow from the skill positions, off the top of my head.”
It’s been relatively quiet in Columbia for a couple of months, but that’s about to change.
The Tigers will soon have the chance to host several prospects from Zollers and the coaching staff’s combined wishlist before June ends.
Here are eight recruits who will visit Missouri’s campus before the end of the month, showing favorable trends for the Tigers, along with a few who have already visited. All rankings are based on 247Sports’ composite list:
**Jayvan Boggs, wide receiver**

Missouri has the final official visit on Jayvan Boggs’ schedule, with Georgia, USC, and nearby UCF also vying for his commitment. The Cocoa, Florida product plans to announce his decision on July 4. According to 247Sports, Boggs caught 93 passes for 1,493 yards and 23 touchdowns as a junior last season.
**Corey Simms, wide receiver**

Simms is the third-ranked player in Missouri. Mizzou, which already has a commitment from top-ranked Jack Lange, will compete with Ole Miss, Penn State, USC, and Nebraska for the 6-foot-3 receiver’s commitment. Missouri has the final official visit on Simms’ summer schedule.
**Donovan Olugbode, wide receiver**

– **Position ranking:** No. 14
Olugbode has narrowed his choices to five: Florida, Oregon, USC, Washington, and Missouri. The Aurora, Illinois native has spent the past two seasons at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
**Jamarion Morrow, running back**

– **National ranking:** No. 252
– **Position ranking:** No. 9 (listed as ATH)
The Germantown, Tennessee product has Missouri among his top choices, a notable feat given his 39 Division-I offers. Georgia, Alabama, Oregon, Ole Miss, and Texas A&M round out his top six, making for stiff competition in his recruitment.
**Charles Bass, defensive back**

Coming from East St. Louis High, Bass has a connection to Missouri, the former home of MU receiver Luther Burden III and recent cornerback transfer Toriano Pride Jr. While Arkansas and Illinois have already hosted him for official visits, Missouri currently has the last scheduled visit.
**Trent Oiler, tight end**

247Sports lists Oiler, a three-star tight end from Brookfield, Wisconsin, as visiting on June 14, although he may join the group visiting on June 21. Missouri appears to be competing with Rutgers for his commitment.
**Sekou Smith Jr., safety**

– **National ranking:** No. 843
– **Position ranking:** No. 66
Missouri’s main competition for Smith appears to be his hometown school, Miami. Louisville, Mississippi, Texas A&M, and Maryland have also offered him.
**Henry Fenuku, offensive guard**

– **Position ranking:** No. 26
After visiting Missouri, Fenuku will head to Georgia and either Texas A&M or USC for official visits, having recently visited Ohio State and Texas Tech. The 6-4 prospect from Fort Worth, Texas, is likely a long shot for the Tigers, but they remain in contention.
