The Michigan football program hosted its biggest recruiting event of the year over the weekend, with the Wolverines welcoming recruits from across the country to the BBQ at the Big House. Among the top commitments in attendance were Carter Smith (2025 4-star QB), Andrew Olesh (2025 4-star TE), Jacob Washington (2025 4-star DB), Nathaniel Marshall (2025 4-star EDGE), and Brady Hart (2026 4-star QB).

Michigan also hosted several top uncommitted targets, including Andrew Marsh (2025 4-star WR), Jerome Myles (2025 4-star WR), Jayden Sanders (2025 4-star DB), and Savion Hiter (2026 4-star RB).
As often happens after such events, it’s expected that several new commitments will follow in the coming days. On Sunday, U-M head coach Sherrone Moore hinted on social media that another commitment announcement is imminent.
Even Brady Hart, Michigan’s 4-star QB commitment in the 2026 class, hinted at upcoming news by sending out a social media “bat signal.” Hart’s involvement in the teaser suggests that the commitment could be for the 2026 class.
All indications point to a four-star prospect in the 2026 class who hinted at a “big announcement” coming tonight via social media. However, out of respect for the athlete, further details will be withheld until an official announcement is made. Michigan fans should stay tuned for more good news on the recruiting front.
